What areas do we operate in?

We currently have a central branch in Centurion with multiple service vehicles serving Pretoria, Centurion& Midrand Areas. On request we can also service businesses & residents in Sandton.

Do we move furniture and equipment?

Yes, our team will take care of moving all the furnature and equipment for cleans and move them back again once done.

How long does appointments take?

For carpets, +-30 min per room.

For Upholstry, +-15 min per seat.

How long are the drying times?

Upholstry: +-3 Hours

Carpets & Rugs: +-2 Hours

Mattress: +-2 Hours

Drapes: +-1 Hour

What do we need for cleans?

Mainly access to running water & electricity. Please ensure you update us on your loadshedding schedule before bookings

What do I do if im not satisfied with my clean

Please send an email to hello@plushcleaning.co.za for a complaint assesment. If all checks out we will send our team for a reclean.
